In the Routines section, you can set recurring habits (e.g., sport, meals, work). OptiLife helps you stick to them consistently.

Yes. You can enable smart notifications based on your habits, schedule, or location.

Is there a focus or anti-distraction mode?

Yes. A built-in timer lets you focus on a task, optionally with ambient sounds.

How does productivity analysis work?

The dashboard shows how much time you've spent, how many tasks you've completed, and gives you insights to improve your balance.

Can I use OptiLife with a team or family?

Yes. You can create groups, share tasks or routines, and collaborate easily.
